How Do I Help Companies?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I solve organizational problems for companies that want to operate more efficiently. I help design performance appraisal systems, conduct job evaluations, and, in collaboration with developers, we create online tools for competency assessment and team management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When managers lack the knowledge or skills they need, I provide training and run workshops to help them overcome the challenges they face\u2014such as lack of time, low employee engagement, difficulty making decisions, or lack of ideas for business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who Am I?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For 23 years, I\u2019ve been a project manager in IT, consulting, and training projects. I\u2019ve led or executed over 30 projects across different industries and topics, mostly related to team management, leadership techniques, and HR management. I carry out projects aimed at business improvement, developing online management tools, and training managers and teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m also a university lecturer and business trainer with over 6,000 hours of training delivered to more than 100 clients. I\u2019m the creator of TransistorsHead.com, an online suite of management tools. Management techniques and tools are my passion\u2014training managers and their teams to be more effective is something I truly enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Do I Gain Experience?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started my career at Ford Motor Company in Germany, then spent six years co-creating Pracuj.pl. I was part of the Training Partners team for ten years\u2014one of the largest training companies in Poland. For the next twelve years, I worked at the Film School of the University of Silesia in Katowice, including six years as a vice-dean and project manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I gain the most valuable experience through real-life projects with my clients, applying those insights to future work. What I enjoy the most is training managers and running development workshops with them. That dialogue always leads to effective solutions for their leadership challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Do I Work as a Consultant and Trainer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to my managerial education, I\u2019m also an electronics engineer\u2014so I value structure, clarity, and systematic action. My research experience allows me to deeply understand my client\u2019s problems and then step back to look at them from a broader perspective, finding the best solution together. I love being effective, because effectiveness is the measure of what we believe in. I work alongside managers, helping them organize their thoughts and moderating the discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
